i. 03 attested copies of the SSC (Matriculation Certificate/ Equivalent).
ii. 01 attested copy of Character Certificate from the Principal/Headmaster of School last attended.
iii. 01 attested copy of B-Form/ CNIC of applicant.
iv. 01 attested copy of CNIC of Father/Guardian.
v. 03 latest passport size photographs with white background.
vi. Also, please do not forget to attach the required certificate/proof on the basis of which you are applying
against a reserved seat.

Applicants are required to bring the following documents with them at the time of
interview:

i. Original SSC (Matriculation Certificate/ Equivalent).
ii. Original Character Certificate.
iii. Father’s/Guardian’s Original CNIC.
iv. Applicant’s Original B-Form/ CNIC.
v. Eligibility certificate for students applying against reserved seat i.e., Disability/ Minority/ Hifz-e-Quran/
Sports/ Co-curricular Activities
vi. NOC from other than BISE, Lahore
vii. Print out of this Admission Form.(Please do no submit hardcopy / printouts of this Admission Form to the
GC University Lahore.)
