DIPLOMA IN CARDIOLOGY TWO YEAR PROGRAM AT NICVD

National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases, Karachi (NICVD) has a long tradition of clinical training and its former trainees are credited for providing cardiac care all over the country. NICVD is once again offering a 2 year course leading to Diploma in Cardiology, in affiliation with Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi. The program aims to train physicians who will be able to provide intermediate level and emergency cardiac care to outpatients as well as inpatients in peripheral hospitals. Interested candidates can apply from all over Pakistan. Admission to the course will be strictly on open merit, on the basis of admission test. Stipend will be paid to the trainees as per NICVD rules.

Candidates meeting the following criteria can apply:-

1. M.B.B.S.
2. One year House Job (Recognized by PMDC).

An application form processing fee (non-refundable) will be charged at time of submission of form. Payment should be made by Pay Order in favour of “DIPCARD NICVD”. No payment through cheque or cash will be accepted

If you are sending your documents through post, kindly ensure that your documents reach our office before the last date. Admit card will be issued only to those candidates who have fulfilled the eligibility criteria and submitted their application form complete in all respects. Candidate will have to personally collect the admit card from Office. Admission test will be held at National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases Karachi, in November, 2014.
