Normal people do not know we are paid per hours when we see patients and we have to meet productivity levels most around 90% productive and leaving 10% for documentation. So the wage may look nice but if you have only a few people in caseload you could make more money working at a gas station because we’re not salary and we’re not guaranteed 40 hours a week.
