Students applying for admission from abroad for MBBS/BDS in public and Private sector Medical
colleges across Punjab must follow the procedure with the following documents;
> certificate of his/her presence from the consulate/ Embassy of Pakistan in respective
country
) Authority letter to nominate a person in Pakistan to submit the application on his/her behalf
F Filling of online application and creation of Challan form
) ln person presentation of the nominee along with all documents and filled application form
at UHS for approval from Competent Authority.
